In addition to serving as a resource centre, The Junction has a number of ongoing community relations projects, partnerships, and events. The following list is a sampling of the work The Junction is doing or has done in the past. The centre is prepared to work with other organisations to develop community relations workshops or training tailored to meet individual organisational needs. Independent Projects

Towards Understanding and Healing

TUH is an independent storytelling/dialogue organisation housed at The Junction.

The Derry City Shadow Council

The Shadow Council is an independent organisation housed at The Junction. It brings together young people elected to represent the interests of Derry youth to the Derry City Council.

UNICEF Education Officers

The Junction serves as a base for two United Nations Children's Fund education officers working in Northern Ireland. The education officers work to promote human rights, children's rights, and global citizenship through curriculum resources, staff training, and classroom workshops for students.
